It is also important that we do not go hungry , so we can increase the amount of shake if we feel the need.


  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • A handful of tender spinach leaves
  • Some fresh leaves of celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina powder (2.5 g)
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • One tablespoon of coconut oil (15 g)
  • A little water, oatmeal drink or natural juice without sugar

Beat the food well and take slowly, savoring the smoothie.

At mid-morning we can also take an infusion of green tea or red tea, a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.

Green food

The green part of the meal is based on always making a salad with the following ingredients:

Various types of green leaf: lettuce, endive, escarole, arugula, watercress, canons, etc.

  • Green pepper.
  • Leek.
  • Parsley.
  • Celery.
  • Artichoke.
  • Peas .

In addition to these vegetables we can add others of other colors, as well as a handful of oat flakes  that will add creaminess and consistency to the cream.

In the second we will choose some light protein, preferably egg or fish.

  • Drink 2 liters of water outside meals.
  • Chew food well.
